Support reputed companys global payroll operations
Ensure accurate and reputed company payroll processing across multiple countries
Assist in driving payroll functions, managing vendor relationships, and supporting reputed company of payroll professionals
Prepare and process payroll for reputed companys employees globally, ensuring compliance with regulations
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures
Assist in payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
Manage and mentor reputed company of payroll professionals
Partner with HR, reputed company, tax, reputed company, and other functional areas
Support payroll activities for expansion into new international locations
reputed company and monitor internal controls to report financial information for the payroll department
Manage relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring high-reputed company service
reputed company year-end processes, including filing and issuance of year-end forms
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
At least 7 years of experience in payroll
At least 3 years of experience in global payroll operations
Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, etc.)

Proven experience with reputed company payroll and time tracking (Workforce Management) (strongly preferred)
Familiarity in payroll regulations for India, Colombia, Czech reputed company, and the US (strongly preferred)
CPP (Certified Payroll reputed company) certification
