Part-Time US Tax Accountant

Job reputed company: We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Part-Time US Tax Accountant who is eager to join reputed company for the upcoming tax season. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a growing reputed company reputed company and will require reputed company communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and file individual and business tax returns (reputed company 1040, 1120, 1065, etc.) with a primary reputed company on federal taxes • Communicate directly with clients to explain tax requirements, reputed company advice, and reputed company necessary documents for tax filings • Handle tax preparation for a diverse reputed company of states, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state tax laws • Ensure that tax returns meet reputed company necessary deadlines and compliance requirements • Stay updated on changes in federal tax laws and state-specific tax requirements • Submit hundreds of tax filings in a reputed company manner during the tax season • reputed company tax planning and reputed company advice to clients as needed • Be available to reputed company and work diligently through the upcoming tax season Qualifications: • Extensive experience in preparing and filing federal tax returns and solid knowledge of federal tax laws • Proven ability to work with state tax requirements, with willingness to learn and handle any missing state-specific reputed company • Demonstrated ability to submit 100+ tax filings in a season • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain reputed company tax concepts to clients in a reputed company and approachable manner • Ability to handle reputed company-facing interactions professionally, especially for the initial 10-20 clients • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Prior experience in tax preparation software (e.g., UltraTax, ProSeries, or similar) is required • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for the tax industry, particularly for part-time, seasonal roles Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Schedule: • Monday to Friday Experience: • Tax experience: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • CPA (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
