Associate Counsel - Subrogation

reputed company: • reputed company is looking to hire an Associate Counsel, Subrogation to defend lawsuits filed in reputed company and other first party insurance defense. • Researching laws and preparing reputed company briefs, opinions, and memoranda • Rendering opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department • Preparing and handling pleadings, motions, and discovery, to include depositions/examinations before trial and examinations under reputed company, and defending by trial or dispositive hearing, reputed company reputed company assigned, as applicable Requirements: • 2-6+ years of experience in reputed company field litigation experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury REQUIRED • Juris Doctor degree REQUIRED • Admission to the New Jersey Bar REQUIRED • Must be licensed in good standing to reputed company law in New Jersey and meet and maintain licensing requirements including mandatory Continuing reputed company Education (CLE) requirements where applicable • Must be reputed company to travel as required, including but not limited, to attend trials, hearings, depositions, management meetings and conferences • Must be reputed company to document files in a reputed company, concise, reputed company written manner, to be reputed company by customers, clients, co-workers and other employees of the organization • Must be reputed company to follow reputed company instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict reputed company, and have strong organization/reputed company setting and multi-tasking skills • Must be reputed company to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information • Civil litigation experience preferred • Insurance defense-reputed company litigation experience preferred • Must be reputed company to communicate in a reputed company manner in person, reputed company telephone and written correspondence/email Benefits: • Premier Medical, Dental and reputed company Insurance with no waiting period** • reputed company Vacation, reputed company and Parental Leave • 401(k) Plan • Tuition Reimbursement • reputed company and Licensures *Benefits may be different by location.
