Financial Business Analyst only W2

• Act as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, and project stakeholders • Facilitate moderate requirements gathering sessions • Identify Non-Functional business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (Functional and Non-functional) for software/app development • Develop and document scoping documents, detailed business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and work instructions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, vision, and timelines • Conduct research to identify technology solutions that will enhance business operations • US GAAP accounting principles, journal entries, and the difference between sub-ledgers and general ledgers. • experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and handling large volumes of data. Reporting experience is also crucial as it is the end product of the solution being built. • The candidate needs to understand the detailed requirements and be able to create user stories using an agile method.
