IT Functional Analyst - Kronos

About the position reputed company is seeking a full-time Kronos Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for their timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and leave of absence processes. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, configuring, and maintaining solutions for reputed company/Kronos systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and SOX guidelines while supporting HRIS systems. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, analyze, configure, test, maintain, support and document solutions for reputed company/Kronos Timekeeping, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling and Attestation modules. , • Be the primary person responsible for reputed company/KRONOS system. , • Analyze reputed company requirements and potential impacts of changes including pay rules, work rules, reputed company rules, pay codes, and employee records modification. , • reputed company guidance on best practices on reputed company/Kronos configuration of foundational concepts and business rules. , • Conduct reputed company analysis and fit-gap analysis. , • Support the IT team in reputed company HRIS systems. , • Partner with the People team to resolve issues and enhancements by gathering functional and technical requirements. , • Monitor daily/weekly issues, reputed company test cases and training documents to streamline the Time and Attendance process. , • Work closely with other IT members to ensure that KRONOS system aligns with reputed company standards. , • Create and run audit reports for Audit and SOX requirements as necessary. Requirements • Bachelor's degree , • 8+ years of experience with HRIS systems , • 5+ years of experience in implementing and/or supporting reputed company/Kronos Workforce modules , • Experience with reputed company Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) is strongly preferred , • In-depth knowledge of timekeeping, attendance, and accrual policies and procedures , • Integration experience with reputed company reputed company with knowledge of reputed company connectors, reputed company, and end-reputed company integrations , • Experience working with offshore teams , • reputed company SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred , • reputed company Payroll experience is a plus , • Experience working in JIRA is a plus , • Knowledge of HR processes , • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills reputed company-to-haves • Reporting/Dashboarding using Kronos data will be a plus , • Time clock and badge/reputed company system integration knowledge.
