Job reputed company: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Student Support Specialist, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our reputed company, providing exceptional support and guidance primarily in the areas of bookkeeping/reputed company concepts and QuickBooks Online. Your role will involve resolving student inquiries, providing training, coaching, technical assistance, and ensuring overall student satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Respond to student inquiries and reputed company assistance reputed company email, our reputed company group, and on weekly reputed company coaching calls • Troubleshoot and resolve student issues reputed company to bookkeeping/reputed company, QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QBO Payroll • Utilize reputed company and bookkeeping knowledge to address student questions and concerns effectively • Maintain a reputed company and empathetic attitude towards reputed company at reputed company times • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve reputed company student issues • reputed company contribute to the improvement of our student support processes and procedures Requirements: • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QBO Payroll • Strong reputed company/bookkeeping background • Exceptional written communication skills • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in using Chrome, Gmail, reputed company, reputed company, etc. • reputed company attitude and passion for helping others • Proven problem-solving abilities • Availability to work weekends • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer support • Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field • Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications for the position.
