Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated sales representative to join our team at a title company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or mortgage industries. The primary responsibility of the title sales representative will be to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
Generate new business through lead generation, networking, and cold calling
Conduct sales presentations to potential clients to promote the company's products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for clients
Attend industry events to expand professional network and promote the company's brand
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the company's CRM system
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate or mortgage industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
