Outreach Coordinator - Medical Records Retrieval

Outreach Coordinator (Medical Records Retrieval) Location: Remote, must live in an approved work location Pay: $16.50 Training schedule: M-F, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST Regular schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Type: Contract (long term, no end date) Hiregy benefits are available during the contract period Start date: Mar 3, or Mar 10, 2025 Job duties: • Responsible for contacting and scheduling provider offices using various retrieval methods including mail, fax, electronic, and field as well as recording detailed documentation of all outreaches • Scheduling and coordinating with field retrieval technicians to ensure medical record appointments are completed as efficiently as possible • Communicate effectively with onshore and offshore team members • Provide support and education to provider offices to ensure efficient retrieval of medical records • Maintain a high call productivity volume to ensure project deadlines are met.
