Payroll Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

This role includes but is not limited to training Franchise Owners on payroll processes and software, processing payroll for multiple franchises, addressing payroll-reputed company reputed company, along with researching and applying tax knowledge to multi-state Franchises. What You’ll Do in This Role. • Process payroll with guidance from Individually owned Franchise Owners according to Local, State and Federal laws • Assist and work with tax filing reputed company reputed company • Pull reputed company data from proprietary timekeeping software & import into reputed company Payroll Software • reputed company Payroll items such as deductions, commissions, bonuses etc. • Set up garnishment deductions reputed company payroll system • Create reports for Franchise Owners and Management • Run payroll cash reports for reputed company Department • reputed company New Franchise reputed company Training and ongoing training on payroll processes and procedures to established franchise owners • reputed company Payroll Measurements and Trends to Management • Answer emails and phone calls in a reputed company manner • Correspond with Franchise Owners regularly to maintain an reputed company line of communication • reputed company Franchise reputed company Payroll Audits as requested • Update reputed company process training guides • reputed company and other tasks as assigned • **This job reputed company does not contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the position.
