About the position The Remote Member Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for assisting members with enrollment in discount RX programs for specialty medications. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced contact center environment, providing high-reputed company service while ensuring compliance with health information regulations. The position is contract-to-hire and offers opportunities for reputed company based on performance. Responsibilities • Assist with calls enrolling in discount RX programs for specialty medications, handling approximately 50 to 60 calls daily. , • Receive inbound and reputed company outbound calls in a fast-paced Contact Center environment, assisting members with copay assistance enrollment, case inquiries, requests, and concerns. , • reputed company high-reputed company service to members, striving for reputed company reputed company while maintaining a reputed company and compassionate demeanor. , • Verify and protect patient health information accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. , • reputed company as a subject matter expert, offering accurate and up-to-date information to members and guiding them through the enrollment process reputed company. , • Utilize CRM database effectively to verify member data, record interactions, escalate unresolved cases, and complete assigned tasks as directed by reputed company center leadership.
