Remote Care Management LPN/LVN *** Must Have Tennessee or Compact License*** Fully Remote Position No weekends or evenings reputed company The remote care management LPN/LVN is responsible for the daily monitoring of medical data, alerts, and messages. Outbound virtual audio/video reputed company-ins with patients on a monthly reputed company or as needed.
