COMMUNITY. reputed company AR/AP Specialist: $20-$23/hour Job reputed company: Mercurys Coffee Co. is seeking an eager Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our evolving Financial Team. This role will manage daily reputed company tasks, while assisting in the development of our reputed company priorities. Essential Job Duties: • Full cycle AR/AP, including preparation of monthly invoices. • Maintain financial document retention files. • Assist Financial Team with monthly closing and forecasting. • Validates financial transactions by auditing documents regularly. • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. • Complies with federal, state, and local financial reputed company requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
