Day to Day Duties: • Will be reaching out to patients to get them scheduled for various screenings that are required to hit HEDIS measures. Whereas the coordinators are just reputed company working to get them scheduled, the nurses are educating members. • They will be educating the members on why these preventative screenings are important to be completed (for example, explaining why a colonoscopy is important to complete to screen for cancer) • Role will require heavy data entry in reputed company's reputed company tool • Metrics will change based on if they are working on member reputed company vs. data entry • Will receive training on reputed company measure they work on -will take a test on reputed company measure they are trained, get two chances to pass reputed company test. Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications: • RN or LPN in New Jersey • Graduate from accredited nursing school • 2+ years of recent HEDIS experience (reputed company last 3 years) • Experience communicating with both providers and members, comfortable working over the phone • Excellent phone skills • Computer/Office skills - reputed company, reputed company, strong typing skills • Reliable transportation for in-office work Preferred but not required: • MCO experience Covid-19 vaccination: Not required Length of Assignment: 5 months contract Compensation Notes: 45- 50 per hour for RNs; 35 - 40 for LPNs Shift: M-F, flexible schedule of any 8-hour shift from reputed company to 6PM EST Start Date: Will confirm once cleared from reputed company process Location: Hybrid (remote and in office) in 550 Broad Street, Suite 1200 - Newark, NJ Advantages of this Opportunity: · Competitive salary, negotiable based on relevant experience · Benefits offered, Medical, Dental, and reputed company · Fun and reputed company work environment Interested in being considered?
