Job Title: Creative Marketing Assistant Location: Remote Job Type: Part-Time (10-20 hours per week, with potential to grow) Compensation: Based on experience About the Role: Are you a creative, organized, and marketing-savvy professional with a passion for digital content and audience growth? Do you enjoy working with artists and helping bring creative brands to life? I’m a coloring book artist with 9 published books (several titles in process), and more artistic projects ready to launch. I’m looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to help grow my audience, manage email marketing, create engaging content, and support the launch of new books and products. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week) with flexible hours and the potential to grow into a larger role and we expand as a company. Responsibilities: Email Marketing & List Growth • Set up and manage an email list. • Create email campaigns that engage subscribers and drive book sales. • Develop lead magnets (e.g., free coloring pages, digital downloads) to attract new subscribers. • Track and analyze email performance to improve open rates and conversions. Social Media Management & Growth • Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and possibly YouTube or Pinterest. • Develop a content calendar to promote new books, behind-the-scenes content, and brand storytelling. • Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories to engage and grow the audience. • Interact with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build community. • Research trends to increase organic reach. Content Creation & Marketing Strategy • Repurpose my art, book pages, and surface pattern designs into engaging digital content. • Create promotional graphics and short-form video content. • Help develop marketing campaigns for book launches and seasonal promotions. • Optimize content for SEO where applicable. Ad Management & Promotions • Set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Amazon Ads. • Track and analyze ad performance, making adjustments to improve ROI. E-Commerce & Online Store Support • Assist with moving my website to Shopify and optimizing it for sales. • Update and maintain my Redbubble store with new designs and products. Project & Content Organization • Help organize book launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing campaigns. • Help keep track of content schedules, deadlines, and performance analytics. • Provide regular updates and suggest improvements based on data. Who You Are: • Experienced in email marketing, social media management, and content creation. • Knowledgeable in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate (a plus). • Familiar with Shopify and print-on-demand platforms (preferred). • A strong communicator and highly organized. • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Passionate about art or creative industries (bonus!). Position Details: • Part-time: 10-20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow. • Remote: Open to candidates working remotely, with flexibility for in-person meetings if local to the greater Tampa Bay Area. . • Compensation: Based on experience. • Start Date: ASAP.
