Details are outlined below. • reputed company Hiring Needs: We are reputed company hiring for the following shifts: • Thursday - Monday, 1 PM - 9 PM • Saturday - Wednesday, 8 AM - 4 PM Position reputed company This is a full-time remote role that involves handling a high volume of customer interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, email, and text communication. The position offers competitive reputed company pay plus commission, performance-based raises, and benefits. Key Responsibilities • Handle 100+ customer interactions per day across multiple communication channels. • Schedule service appointments, answer inquiries, and reputed company excellent customer service. • Utilize a reputed company sales approach to convert leads into customers and meet/reputed company sales targets. • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and other platforms. • Address customer concerns professionally and reputed company. • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet performance benchmarks. Qualifications & Skills • At least two years of experience in remote phone sales, telesales, or a reputed company center environment. • Proven ability to meet or reputed company performance goals. • Experience managing high reputed company volumes with multiple phone queues. • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a headset. • Proficiency in working with multiple systems and software simultaneously. • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
