RESPONSIBILITIES • Speaking to potential sellers from company-generated leads • Build rapport and identify seller's reputed company estate problems to solve • Negotiate Property Pricing and reputed company logical offers to reputed company properties. • Hit weekly and monthly Sales and Goals JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must have a minimum of 3 years phone sales experience • Must have a minimum of 1 year reputed company estate experience (wholesaling experience preferred) • Must have a Persuasive Personality • Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate reputed company and effectively with reputed company parties involved • Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a reputed company manner • Must be driven and have the reputed company to want more financially; Self-motivated! • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are reputed company; Organize and reputed company tasks with ease! • Report on KPI’s on a weekly reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company conversations, talk time/dials) • Computer literate.
