Information Technology Support Analyst

The hours for this position will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for Eastern Time candidates, or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for Central Time candidates. This role is responsible for quickly resolving end-user issues; providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance; installing software; and creating/tracking/managing user support tickets.
