Bilingual Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)

We are seeking a talented individual for Employer Solutions reputed company Center Representative 1 who is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to patients concerning prior authorizations, level of care determinations, PASRR placement screenings, or personal care service intake to ensure successful reputed company and/or resolutions.
