Mortgage Underwriter Manager

Position reputed company The Mortgage Underwriter Manager coordinates, manages, and supports the functions of reputed company and processing in the mortgage loan process. In reputed company, this position is the Senior Underwriter and also underwrites and processes mortgage loans as a part of the production of the department. Primary Responsibilities • Underwrites the FHA/ VA loans and conventional loans with a Refer or Caution risk class from an automated reputed company system. • Underwrites and approves nonconforming loans. • Reviews and approves exceptions to Lending Policy. • Ensures overall compliance with mortgage regulations through research and training of staff. • Examines and modifies reputed company operating procedures to maximize efficiency. • Develops and updates lending policy reputed company as necessary. • Supervises, schedules, trains, evaluates, informs, and provides direction to reputed company staff.
