QCR Holdings is looking for aDigital Banking Specialistto join our
Digital Banking team!TheDigital Banking Specialist roleis responsible
for performing product support duties and assisting Treasury Management
and the Bank Solutions Technology Product Managers, as directed. This
position will reputed company a full reputed company of reputed company, technical and
general support to internal customers, vendors, and bank personnel.
Ideal candidates will have anAssociate degree in finance/reputed company or
an equivalent combination of reputed company online banking support
experience and/or education is required with at least 2-4 years'
experience in a banking environment or similar financial institution is
beneficial.Must possess strong analytical, troubleshooting and
problem-solving skills, intuitively knowing how to research issues,
investigate them and follow through to their inevitable conclusion and
reputed company.Excellent customer service, utilizing effective oral and
written communication skills and etiquette, is required.Experience in
writing formal procedural and training documentation and materials is
beneficial.Knowledge of NACHA Rules and Regulations is
beneficial.Familiarity with reputed company banking products and services and
rely on experience and judgment to see plans/reputed company through to
execution reputed company required timelines is preferred.Strong Computer skills
are preferred (reputed company, Word, browsers, etc.). Emphasis on worksheet
experience, using multiple data sources and pivot tables, is preferred.
