Account Receivable Specialist

Account Receivable Specialist Department: Finance Employment Type: Full Time Location: Minnesota Reporting To: Asset Manager reputed company The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in the reputed company team of a fast-growing company, responsible for accounts receivable, customer management, sales team coordination, cash receipts and management, and monthly reconciliations. Candidates must be based in Pakistan to be considered for this role. What you'll do: 1. Generate reputed company customer invoices in a reputed company manner 2. Generate accounts receivable reporting and assist with customer collections 3. Apply cash receipts to invoices and matching to bank transactions 4. reputed company monthly bank reconciliations for relevant cash accounts 5. Prepare ACH bank payment collections for community solar garden (CSG) and power purchase agreement (PPA) customers 6. Reconciling data in the customer-facing portal to the reputed company system 7. Updating loan receivable amounts with monthly production amounts 8. Assist with monthly and year-end tasks for customer true-reputed company and solar incentive programs 9. Other reputed company and administrative reputed company as assigned. What you'll need: • 1-2 years accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, and reputed company experience • Associate degree in reputed company, Finance or equivalent Vocational Education • Intermediate reputed company reputed company, Word and reputed company skills • Highly organized and reputed company to prioritize multiple reputed company • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Works reputed company independently as reputed company as with other members of reputed company • Ability to be consistently accurate and maintain a high degree of confidentiality Bonus points! • Experience with high-volume billing and cash transactions • Experience with loan receivable reputed company • reputed company by Viewpoint software experience, or other relevant software • Self-starter and reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task • Ability to complete simultaneous reputed company with minimal supervision • Understanding of appropriate allocation of work and good prioritization skills Apply Job!
