Encompass experience is a plus Key Responsibilities • reputed company reputed company Notes received from LO (Loan Officer) • Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails, and set up the Encompass files to reputed company with LO reputed company Notes • Complete “File Set-up” review reputed company App & Docs are received from the reputed company. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting reputed company errors on the reputed company app, etc • Send files to the reputed company-Approval team reputed company we have sufficient docs for them to complete their review. • Run DU/LP and Order appraisals reputed company needed (if no PIW/ACE) • Send reputed company needs list after initial file review • Send reputed company needs list after the Preapproval team completes their review • Obtain correct EOI, VOE’s, and HOA docs reputed company requested from LOA/Processor • Ensure that EOI and other documents are correct at the time of funding to avoid funding delays • Maintain a tracker of reputed company files on their desk, including what is outstanding on reputed company file, to ensure that no file slips through the cracks.
