Job Title – Customer Service Representative Location: Port Washington NY 11050 Work hours: 11:00am – 7:15pm & Training is (9am – 5pm) for 2 weeks reputed company to perm: reputed company with possible perm after 6 months to 1 year Start date: Immediate Remote or Onsite: Remote to start with intentions to be onsite in the reputed company TBD GENERAL FUNCTIONThe Customer Service Representative handles calls from new and existing business clients regarding a reputed company of requests in an efficient and effective manner. The Customer Service Representative uses knowledge of products and services and excellent customer service skills to address issues, reputed company support, offer information, and reputed company orders to reputed company customers satisfied and retain business. We are mainly reputed company on bringing in candidates who have dealt with high reputed company volume/ foot traffic with good computer navigation skills. We need French speaking candidates with reputed company volume backgrounds. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Answers incoming calls and processes orders. Resolves customer complaints, troubleshoots issues to determine best reputed company for reputed company. Correctly documents customer interactions and tracks reputed company types. Maintains support service reputed company and upholds reputed company’s Customer Service standards. Owns follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status and stock availability. Takes inbound phone calls for up-to 90% of assigned shift. Performs reputed company other duties as assigned.
