Informing business reputed company of relevant regulatory compliance issues and developing recommendations for the business unit to assist them with their responsibilities.
Monitor and test the Banks compliance program by developing a schedule of audits.

Responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure the Banks compliance program is effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors preferred. High school or GED equivalent required.
Ten years or more reputed company experience and/or training in banking compliance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred.
