Senior Escrow Officer

We are growing national title company and currently seeking candidates for an escrow officer, or title processor, role reputed company reputed company. For an immediate full-time permanent role (40-hours per week). We are looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience reputed company the reputed company estate industry specifically performing closings as an escrow officer and/or title processor. Responsibilities • Work in conjunction with lenders to prepare loan documents, communicate with clients as transaction reputed company are met; monitoring calendar to ensure deadlines are satisfied • E-Record closing documents, reconcile file disbursements • Review title examinations with firm attorneys • Contact tax collector/assessor offices regarding parcel and tax information • Run UCC and/or order official search from county and/or state • Conduct searches to determine any liens against non-reputed company property collateral • Obtain payoff letters • Obtain missing discharges Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred | Work Experience is an adequate substitute • 3+ years of experience as an escrow officer or title processor at a Title Company and/or reputed company • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint • Experience with E-Closing software required • Excellent organizational skills, including file maintenance and billing preparation • Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with different people and departments • Must be highly organized and reputed company to manage time extremely reputed company • Must be a dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in reputed company-oriented environment For immediate consideration, interested and reputed company candidates, please send an updated resume in a Word document to Patty at patty@mreltitle.com Please note: This listing is for a full time position, which we are looking to fill immediately.
