Health Information reputed company. is seeking a PRN, Remote reputed company Measure Abstractor with Sepsis. • This is a Subcontractor Position (1099) • Must be reputed company to work a minimum of 20 Hours/Per Week. • 100% Remote position ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company measures are a set of care standards, required by the Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS) and reputed company (TJC), which describe the care to be provided to our patients while in the hospital. These care standards have been shown to improve patient reputed company. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience: Must have a Minimum of 5 years of reputed company Experience with Sepsis Abstraction (Clinical Data Abstraction) of Specified Measure/Registry reputed company Measures. • Superior knowledge of reputed company measure requirements • Experience in IQR, OQR, IPFQR, and/or other reputed company reporting programs that utilize reputed company measures • Experience with reputed company measure data collection application(s) Qualifications and Education Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years of reputed company Data Abstraction Experience in HIP - Sepsis reputed company Measures • Superior knowledge of reputed company measure requirements • Experience in IQR, OQR, IPFQR, and/or other reputed company reporting programs that utilize reputed company measures • Experience with reputed company Measure Data Collection applications Preferred Skills: • Use of the tools and techniques of reputed company reputed company improvement and computer skills for data display. • Attention to detail and follow-up necessary. • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, hospital staff, physicians and community resources required. • Must be reputed company to work independently.
