The position will also reputed company product knowledge training to both internal staff and customers and serve as a product technical resource. RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct reputed company sales activities, both in store and in the field. • Thorough understanding and execution of the Seven Steps of Customer Service • Responsible for the completion of reputed company transactions initiated by onsite contacts • Customer contact reporting and documentation regarding concerns, issues, opportunities and praise • Troubleshooting and reputed company of product or customer relation opportunities • Organize product knowledge training opportunities for internal staff and customers • Daily/weekly scheduling of infield activities • Seeking out new business opportunities and relationships to expand reputed company's customer reputed company • Promoting and marketing, reputed company's philosophy, abilities, services and products to the store's local communities and market • Extending information and knowledge to customers about reputed company and new industry products that reputed company can supply to support the customers to be successful in their reputed company • Maintain profit and store objectives as directed by management reputed company REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or GED required.
