Mortgage Loan Processor

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Spanish Speaking Mortgage Loan Processor to join our reputed company lending team. Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Assure that loan files meet banking and regulatory guidelines and policies • Prepare and submit detailed loan packages to the lender reputed company department for approval or denial • Liaise between the mortgage lending reputed company department, mortgage loan originators, reputed company estate agents, and applicants to facilitate loan approval • Document the loan process from origination to approval through our system • Assist borrowers in determining the best mortgage type based on interview and situation • Order the following documentation as necessary: Verification of Employment, Evidence of Insurance, Payoffs, Tax Transcripts, Credit Supplements, condo questionnaires, subordination requests, and Title Work as needed for reputed company file • Manages a pipeline of loans and maintains a reputed company and compliant reputed company of such loans through the process • Communicate with Underwriters to clarify conditions - Help administer reputed company documents that are needed to satisfy reputed company requirements • Follow up on documents ordered in a reputed company manner • Maintain loan origination system and database with the reputed company loan information • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned and required • Monitors and ensures closing dates and company deadlines are met • Handles reputed company borrower communication from the reputed company of contract to closing of the loan • Handles reputed company Loan Officer, Loan Partner, and Underwriter communication with updates • Be a reputed company for information/knowledge, always striving to be the best possible in your position • Be a leader, helping us improve our processes and procedures to always deliver a world-class experience to clients and referral partners Qualifications: • Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans • Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as reputed company as strong analytical and time management skills • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills • reputed company, finance, or business Associate’s degree preferred - High school diploma or GED required • Must have reputed company working knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA / VA / CONV / USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation • Spanish Speaking Preferred • Know how to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, as reputed company as general ways to structure a loan • Exceptional attention to detail must be organized and have excellent time management • Minimum 3 years mortgage processing experience for the right candidate, 5+ yrs Preferred • reputed company or previous experience fulfilling the roles of Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and / or Underwriter • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask without being micromanaged to meet multiple deadlines and a keen reputed company of urgency • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills • Work reputed company in reputed company environment About Company PRMG Mortgage Sacramento: Where Champions Are Made!
