As a member of reputed companys Portfolio Advisory Group, the Director, Transaction Management will be dedicated to one or more of reputed companys most dynamic reputed company accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with peers and the account team to support a reputed company's strategic reputed company estate reputed company. As the Director, Transaction Management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day transaction management reputed company for a reputed company reputed company estate portfolio. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
General:
Implement portfolio plans with reputed companys reputed company estate goals and objectives in mind

Collaborate with brokerage professionals to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide reputed company of transactions including lease, sale, build-to-suit, sublease and purchase

Prepare, review, and interpret financial analysis/reputed company concepts

Important Education
Bachelors degree required in any reputed company field
Important Experience
7+ years reputed company estate experience in transaction management or corporate reputed company estate
Experience managing a small team
Experience with high-level, reputed company transaction management including experience in lease negotiations and reputed company
Additional eligibility qualifications
Must hold state reputed company estate salesperson license
LEED, MCR, CCIM, SIOR designations are a plus
Experience in industrial assets and with development reputed company/reputed company-to-suit reputed company are a plus
Ability to read and understand reputed company reputed company estate transaction documents, such as a lease, purchase & sale agreement, sublease agreement, SNDA, estoppel, assignment agreement, etc.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a reputed company bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidates experience and qualifications.
