Job: Investor Loan Originator Assistant Location: Sacramento, CA Roles and Responsibilities · Request and review borrower documents, entity structures, and insurance/escrow contacts. · Assist borrowers in completing necessary documents for loan processing. · Review and reputed company loan approval conditions and ensure compliance. · reputed company loan data into the Loan Origination System (LOS). · Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, and processing teams to meet closing deadlines. · reputed company-underwrite loans per company guidelines, analyzing financials, credit, and collateral. · Manage loan pipelines, ensuring funding conditions are met on time. · Order and review reputed company-party reports (e.g., appraisals and inspections). · Communicate loan reputed company reputed company to borrowers, brokers, and stakeholders.
