BDR - Software Sales

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This is a cold calling position - all you need to do is schedule meetings, no closing required! • Flexible Schedule • Unlimited Commission • 100% Work From Home • You will have an assistant assigned to you to make your job easier • All leads are provided to you • Bonuses for high performance • $35-200/hour Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in a demo. • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects & stay on top of call back requests • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills • Strong background in phone sales with a focus on technology sales is preferred. • Excellent communication skills in English • Ability to be persuasive & handle objections • Familiarity with outbound calling strategies and techniques for lead generation. • Ability to market products effectively while understanding customer needs. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets.
