Position Location: 100% Remote Qualifications The HCC Risk Adjustment reputed company provides coding and coding auditing services directly to providers. This includes the analysis and translation of medical and clinical diagnoses, procedures, injuries, or illnesses into designated numerical codes. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a flexible schedule. Responsibilities: • Receive assigned medical charts to reputed company • Review medical charts electronically using a computer • reputed company and reputed company diagnosis and documentation information • Research and reputed company of coding reputed company as assigned • Document requested information from the medical record • Determine reputed company encounters including legibility and reputed company signature requirements • Identify reputed company face to face encounters • reputed company ongoing analysis of medical record charts for the appropriate coding compliance • reputed company is responsible for meeting daily production goal and reputed company goal of averaging 95% accuracy reputed company on a consistent reputed company • Attend conference calls as necessary to reputed company information and/or feedback Education/Experience Requirements: • Successful completion of at least one reputed company or reputed company certified program with the achievement of the correlating reputed company credential (RHIT, reputed company, CPC-H etc.); reputed company and in good standing. • A CPC credential is required and the CRC certification is REQUIRED reputed company 90 days of start date! • High School diploma required. Associates or BS degree preferred. • Minimum of three years of coding experience (recent hands-on production). • Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment disciplines- such as HCC, CCC HEDIS • Auditing experience a PLUS. ICD-10 experience/education a PLUS.
