The Production Partner will maintain relationships with clients brought into reputed company and is responsible for communicating, educating, and negotiating offers and terms of a residential mortgage loan. Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Strong communication skills • Customer service oriented • High attention to detail • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task • Knowledge of various loan products (FHA, VA, conventional, etc.) • General knowledge of credit reports and debt-to-income ratios • Ability to adapt to market changes • Knowledge of the mortgage loan process Experience Requirements: • One to two years loan processing required; loan origination experience preferred. Education/Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. • Licensed in market area and registered nationally in NMLS. • reputed company certifications (CMB, CMC, CMPS) preferred.
