We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Specialist / Account Receivable Specialist to join our team.
Location: Philippines - WFH
Type: Freelance - Full time
Salary: $6 per hour (US Dollars)
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7AM-4PM Central Time
Mandatory Pre-requisites
Excellent communication skills (Advanced level of English C1 level)
2 years of accounting experience as a Billing Specialist / Account Receivable Specialist in the construction industry
Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher
Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps.
A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and interruption.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist / Account Receivable Specialist in the construction industry
Proven experience with Commercial AIA billing experience
Must have outstanding MS Office skills (Email, Word, Excel, etc..)
Knowledge of Computer Ease accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (C1 English Level)
Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoicing processes
Preparing commercial and residential AIA billings, as well as customized billing portals as required
Conducting weekly sales analysis and metrics preparation
Issuing invoices and distributing them to customers through various channels, including mail and email
Generating and analyzing weekly reports
Interacting with customers on invoicing matters
Performing other necessary accounting and operational functions
Maintain accurate records of all billing activities and transactions
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
