Claims Customer Service Representative

As a Claims Customer Service Representative you will answer high volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims as reputed company as answering questions on claims previously reported. Responsibilities
As a Claims Customer Service Representative reputed company Duties will Include:
Answering high incoming reputed company volume & reputed company written communication for reputed company lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, & products
Using multiple computer applications

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:
2 + years of Customer reputed company Center Experience working with Liability or Auto Claims.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric driven environment.

Bi-linugal Spanish a Plus!
