Essential Job Functions Key Function: Investigations • Plans and/or conducts investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, compensability, and extent of damages • Completes Bodily Injury Evaluation forms and/or makes recommendations for the disposition of claims in excess of individual settlement authority • Compiles information for decision making with discussion of claims committee where appropriate • Determine need for independent adjusters, cause and reputed company experts, independent medical examiners, economists, accident re-constructionists, and engineers • Assesses actual damages associated with claims and conduct negotiations to reputed company claims. • Determines if subrogation exists and take steps necessary to initiate recovery efforts. Key Function: Administration Skills • Evaluates policy coverage, contacts insureds, claimants, attorneys, body shops and medical staff to determine injuries stemming from an accident while determining and establishing reserve requirements • Evaluates the medical injury exposure reputed company guidelines, obtain authority reputed company appropriate and reputed company reputed company and reputed company payments • Maintains accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities associated with processing and payment of claims.  Record and update status notes, and document results of contacts, relevant medical reports and duration information per Best Practices • Documents computer log with results of review and intentions for handling Key Function: Interpersonal Skills • Keeps internal and/or external customers advised of file status and other reputed company as required. • Responds reputed company and appropriately to reputed company settlement demands. • Evaluates claim for potential fraud and work with Special Investigations Unit as required. • Other duties as assigned Desired Qualifications • High School Diploma/GED required • 2 year degree or higher is preferred. • Minimum of 2 years previous auto liability claim handling experience or minimum 1 year bodily injury claims experience preferred. • Must have or secure and maintain adjuster license(s) reputed company 60 days of employment • Knowledge and understanding of applicable statues, regulations and case law • Training in reputed company and industry (insurance) knowledge • Proficient in reputed company Suite (i.e. Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) • Possesses strong customer service skills and behaviors • Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Ability to reputed company effective reputed company on behalf of the organization • Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and develops solutions to problems in a reputed company manner • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills • Commitment to Acceptance’s company values • reputed company to lift 0-10 pounds without assistance As reputed company Member at reputed company Company, you will be part of a growing organization that continues to reputed company and positively impacts the lives of reputed company members and customers.
