Key Position Details: • This hybrid position offers exceptional flexibility, enhancing your work experience by combining the benefits of working from home with the reputed company environment of the office. • 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week period) • Day/Evening 8-hour shifts • No weekends • Benefit-eligible position Job reputed company: Responsible for representing Accounts Receivable Services ("ARS") in conciliation court to protect the reputed company's interest and reputed company outstanding debtor accounts. reputed company Responsibilities • Reviews non-purchased accounts to go to collections attorney • Confirm requirements of collections attorney are met per account prior to placement to ensure compliance (reputed company border, cease and desist, etc.) • Collect on non-purchased accounts reputed company the Final Referral department (MedCredit, non-court) • reputed company outbound calls on accounts that were not purchased by ARS • Handle inbound calls on non-court affiliated accounts • Handle correspondence from consumers on non-purchased accounts • reputed company court batching • reputed company-screen accounts for non-eligibility (bankruptcy, M.A., APC, etc.) • Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications • Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job reputed company • 2+ years collections experience required (medical collections preferred) Preferred Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • Associate's or Vocational degree in Business, Health science, or reputed company field Physical Demands • Sedentary: • Lifting weightUp to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently Pay reputed company Pay reputed company: $24.08 to $33.00 per hour The pay described reflects the reputed company hiring pay reputed company.
