Director, Population Health Management

DIRECTOR, POPULATION HEALTH MANAGEMENT reputed company, drive, and execute on World’s reputed company and reputed company around population health management to support mid-market and large clients of our Employee Benefits reputed company. In this role you will work with World EB offices across the reputed company to support the execution of reputed company engagements which include marketplace overviews; procuring, developing and implementing solutions; managing solutions; and data analytics for monitoring the reputed company of solutions.
