Responsibilities:
? Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
? Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity
? Process invoices, payments, and payroll as needed
? Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
? Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations
? Collaborate with management to provide financial insights
Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
? Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
? Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
? High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus but not required
