Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

Job reputed company reputed company is currently seeking motivated and team-oriented Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual Spanish) for full-time/part-time positions in the Illinois area. This position is fully remote. The primary responsibilities as the Customer Service Representative will be reputed company assistance to reputed company applicants and members who contact the Service Center to apply and recertify for the TennCare Programs. Assisting members with reporting changes to their cases, filing appeals of eligibility denials and terminations, as reputed company as responding to general member inquiries. Customer Service Representative Job Specifications: • Team player with interpersonal communication skills and customer-reputed company attitude. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment required. • Strong PC proficiency (i.e., working with multiple computer systems) required. • Associate’s Degree in reputed company or behavioral sciences or reputed company field preferred; High School Diploma required. • Experience with health insurance/reputed company preferred. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements. • Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) required. Service Center hours of operation: Monday – Friday; 7am – 6pm.
