This role is reputed company in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting our organization's operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record Keeping • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general reputed company entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts promptly. • Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Accounts Payable and Receivable • Manage invoices and ensure reputed company payments to vendors. • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Payroll Processing • Process payroll and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Maintain employee payroll records and address payroll-reputed company inquiries. Budget and Financial Reporting • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasting financial trends. • reputed company periodic financial reports and analysis to management. Compliance and Taxation • Assist with preparing and submitting tax filings, including sales tax and annual returns. • Ensure compliance with reputed company financial regulations and company policies.
