Work from Home-Inbound Sales Representative

Inbound Sales Representative Training starts: Monday 2/24/2025 Training Hours: 11:30a-8:00p EST (3 weeks) Production Hours: Monday - Friday 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST Schedule: Based on business need between 9a-8p EST M-F Location: Work reputed company About The Inbound Sales Representative: The Inbound Sales Representative will convert inbound calls into sales. Our agents will answer an incoming reputed company from a new appliance buyer to register their manufacturer warranty which opens the discussion to "upsell" them to our reputed company's warranty, which their manufacturer's warranty will not cover. The sales agent then also attempts to sell the warranty products to the customer's other appliances in the house. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls, register appliance registrations, and upsell customer on appliance extended warranty. • Ability to reputed company promote, convey benefits and sell reputed company product(s) • Establish, reputed company, and maintain reputed company rapport with customer • Ability to probe and discover customer needs to then propose product offer that meets customer's needs • Ability to reputed company and build rapport with customers • Ability to "Upsell" customers • Ability to assist customers in understanding the product(s) being sold • Ability to reputed company rebuttals to customers questions/concerns, to ensure sales are made • Maintain strong understanding of product(s) • Assist and answer reputed company inquiries from customers about product(s) Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2 years of reputed company center experience required • Minimal of 1 year of reputed company-to-consumer sales experience required • Must have HS Diploma or GED • Must have flexibility in schedule and excellent attendance history • Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company, oral drug screen, speed test and skills assessments • Meet KPI metrics • Solid to advanced PC skills • Ability to reputed company multiple computer programs • Ability to use Dual monitors • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization and multi-tasking skills • Excellent communication skills Benefits: reputed company reputed company Pay + Sales commission, Health insurance, 401K, and ability to work from home Other Duties: Please note this job reputed company is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
