Employment Status: Full Time Division: Corporate FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Human Resources Bonus Eligible: Yes Reports to: Director of Human Resources Compensation Grade: Location: Remote What We’re Looking For/Job Summary Our Client is seeking a dynamic hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. This trendsetter will build Brand Awareness for Loan Simple, Inc. through innovative channels and communications to attract candidates. This role will partner with stakeholders across Loan Simple’s organization and provide clear best practice advice on interviewing and selection techniques that impact our client’s retention initiatives. What You Will Do/Job Duties and Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and monitor sustainable hiring plans and strategies that align with, and promote our core values • Create best practice sourcing techniques that attract qualified talent for open and hard to fill positions and builds a qualified pool of candidates • Build measurable recruitment plans using social media campaigns, recruitment events, veteran and D&I initiatives, and networking with internal and external resources • Manage approved job description traffic and job posting updates in HRIS • Create and maintain offer letter design and process within system of record • Develop and present above the line applicant tracking system, policy and procedure training built on compliance and company culture • Oversee position interview question development and monitor for effectiveness • Ensure smooth flow of information within HRIS and other platforms utilized • Manage and monitor new hire onboarding process and ensure compliance requirements are preserved • Manage monthly audit to confirm new hire signature documents are on file • Create, monitor, and update our client’s 30–90-day new hire follow-up call/survey for effectiveness • Oversee new hire equipment delivery and return within HRIS • Serve as a liaison with outside recruitment firms and background check provider(s) What you will need: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred in Human Resources or Business Management • 5 years of experience creating measurable recruitment plans in a multi-state environment • 3 years of experience managing a talent acquisition team; preferably in a remote environment • 3 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Extraordinary priority awareness with confidentiality, when handling sensitive matters, data integrity and, security • Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills • Ability to quickly pivot and change direction • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software What Will Really Catch Our Eye/ Experience Preferred • Mortgage Industry recruitment experience preferred • Dodd-Frank Loan Originator compliance experience preferred • (CDR) Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter preferred • SHRM-Certified Professional a plus • Paycom experience is highly favorable Who Would Shine in This Role/ Other Abilities • Analytical • Persuasive • Empathetic • Enthusiastic • People Oriented • Trendsetter • Change Driver • Active Listene Apply Job!
