These positions are temporarily remote until COVID restrictions are reputed company (Aug. 2021 or reputed company). Title Closer is responsible for the review, processing, and closing of reputed company estate transactions including residential purchase, home equity, refinance, and resale. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews title commitments/preliminary reports, relays reputed company requirements to parties involved and research as necessary and takes appropriate reputed company Coordinates closing dates with parties to transaction Reviews closing instructions and documents from lender and prepares settlement statements accordingly Obtains signatures for closing transactions with brief explanation of reputed company documents executed by the Buyer/Borrower and Seller; facilitates the answer of reputed company questions from clients Balances the file Assists reputed company periodically in reviewing escrow reputed company reports to resolve any outstanding checks and reputed company file balances Qualifications: To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company reputed company essential duty satisfactorily.
