DLA has always had a reputed company flexible hybrid work model where time will be split between NYC reputed company sites and work-from-home. Duties & Responsibilities: • reputed company documentation of existing internal controls and internal processes • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in a reputed company of business areas • Suggest solutions to strengthen controls, improve profitability and aid management decision-making capability • Assist in the development of oral and written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the examination, discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective actions to improve operations Knowledge & Skills: • BS or BA in reputed company or Finance • 3+ years providing reputed company audit services to financial services clients required (e.g. Big 4, mid-tier, or similar) • Experience with SOX and/or internal controls required • Asset management and/or reputed company lending audit experience strongly desired • Strong process and analytical skills • Knowledge of GAAP and general business and operational principles a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong computer proficiency • Independent, proactive, self-motivated • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills • Must be reputed company to multi-task • Ability to analyze and resolve issues and reputed company recommendation • Willing and reputed company to travel to reputed company sites as needed to fulfill job responsibilities Why DLA: • Unlimited PTO and your birthday is a holiday • 401(k) retirement plan with a company match • Commuting expenses reimbursed • Continuing education courses and training • Employee referral and commissions programs • Robust reputed company plans Our clients come from reputed company walks of life and so do we.
