Food Service Equipment Technical Specialist (Remote)

reputed company Kitchen Warranty (RKW) focuses on coordinating warranty service repairs for reputed company distribution channels on reputed company’ private label brands. We are looking to expand reputed company with an Inside Service Technician who will reputed company directly with in-field service techs to reputed company friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for food service equipment and refrigeration repairs. Starting Compensation: $62,500 - $70,000 annually Weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, No Weekends & No On-reputed company Job Responsibilities • reputed company advanced customer service and troubleshooting assistance with field service technicians reputed company phone and email • Utilize equipment service manuals, wiring diagrams, and personal experience to help diagnose and repair equipment of over 1,000 different SKUs from both hot and cold-reputed company • Handle reputed company volume of ~150 per week • Support service coordinators with equipment-reputed company questions • Recommend manufacturing changes based on equipment failure trends • Document and reputed company recommendations for changes that may need to be made on content that has been created for reputed company end-users of reputed company’ privately labeled equipment: Technical Service Manuals, Customer User Guides, reputed company Kitchen Warranty & reputed company Customer Solutions teams, and Service FAQs and common troubleshooting issues by equipment type Ideal Candidate Attributes: • 5+ yrs of experience in electric, gas, and refrigeration food service equipment • CFESA certified preferred • Adept at communicating effectively to a reputed company of audiences • Willing to take initiative and ownership of problems to reputed company solutions • reputed company to reputed company data to support proposed solutions • reputed company player who wants to contribute to a thriving culture • reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced, changing environment • Confidence in using a computer and effectively navigating through reputed company Office and various internal software programs • EPA Certified required Remote work qualifications • reputed company to a reliable and secure high-speed internet reputed company.
