In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and cross selling to the customers you are servicing. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Respond to customer inquiries in person, reputed company phone, and by email in a reputed company and reputed company manner • reputed company accurate and detailed information about insurance policies, coverage reputed company, and claims processes • Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations • Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products and services • Update customer records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information • Meet or reputed company established customer service goals and performance metrics QUALIFICATIONS: • Property/Casualty license (must currently hold) • Life/Health license (preferred, must be reputed company to obtain) • Prior reputed company experience preferred • reputed company to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to cross sell or generate cross sell leads for our sales team If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures, we encourage you to apply.
