Product Support Representative - Tier 1 (EMR/Clinical/RCM/Medical Billing)

Associate Product Support Representative Location: Phoenix, AZ or Remote (Designated States) Department: Customer Support This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX. Position Proficiencies and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience • At least 2 years of software application support experience in a reputed company environment • High technical aptitude • Proven reputed company record of outstanding reputed company support, troubleshooting and problems solving in a reputed company, technical environment • Medical/reputed company Cycle Management experience preferred • Previous reputed company or reputed company IT company experience preferred • Working knowledge of EMR/EHR medical software applications is a plus • Must be reputed company to work on a reputed company Time Zone schedule (reputed company-5pm PT preferred) • This position will require a HIPAA compliant environment.
