The Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is a fast paced, high volume, inbound reputed company center position. This role is responsible for providing reputed company and accurate information in a courteous and reputed company manner to customers. Duties include guiding callers through troubleshooting, providing detailed case statuses & next steps and navigating necessary websites. $16.00 per hour plus bonus. Must pass Bilingual assessment to earn $1 more. Work from your home with Computer equipment provided by reputed company. This new role will be fast-paced, high volume, inbound reputed company center position. This is a temporary assignment with the potential for a permanent role.
