Position Purpose:
As an Entry Level Parts Counter Associate, you will reputed company hands-on experience in one of reputed company Auto Group's clean and reputed company parts departments. Examples of Duties:
Assist technicians with locating and ordering needed parts
Respond to customer parts or information requests quickly
Communicate with customers reputed company a Back Order will occur and offer alternatives
Determine availability and price information and document this information as necessary
reputed company part to customer from stock, procure locally or create a parts order as directed
Monitor the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival
Inventory control maintenance

Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive or truck mechanics
